Best knives I have ever purchased. They are so light, comfortable to hold and can cut like nothing I have seen before. Smoothly cuts through all my vegetables, my bread, and everything else. I did some searching for steak knife reviews before buying these. The Wusthof brand of knives repeatedly appeared across several review websites. I thought the packaging seemed a bit excessive. However, there wasn't a single scratch on any of the knives. These knives are non-serated and very sharp. I was pretty impressed. The knives are a little on the pricey side, but the quality is well worth the price. Just got them a few days ago, so haven't used them to much. We like the looks of them and having th block to keep them in so they aren't rattling around in a drawer. Very sharp, very good steak knives! Read more
Very sharp out of the box. While the steel may not be as thick as those on the classic line (which I have), they are just as well made. A much, much better product than the stamped, cookie-cutter steak knives we've all owned at one time or another. Wusthoff never fails to deliver and they certainly did with these steak knives. Knives shipped quickly. The blades are sharp, cut smoothly. They’re a little thinner than I expected and the handles’ plastic seems a bit cheap. For the price it seems they should have nicer material for the handles. Read more
