I LOVE this boot!! I wear only bare foot/minimalist shoes, unless I "have" to get dressed up, and finally found one that would fit my requirements as such. It's comfortable and warm and it looks good, like a "normal" boot. I have had mine for a couple of years now, so this review is late, but I'm still rocking it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have a very high instep, which makes it difficult to slide into shoes. No problem with these shoes ! And the strap design which allows them to be tightened to fit to your feet is a great design. They also look good. The neutral color is beautiful, will fit with everything. I am between 8 and 8.5. Xero has this "granola bar" marketing approach and it's anything but wholesome and good. Having owned early-on Xeros, I took a 2 year break after trying to return a pair to them that were mis-sized and they refused to stand by their product even for an exchange. I thought, well Amazon only from now on. Today I got these boots. Wow the quality is gone. Sizing is so inconsistent (who has time to order and return several times)? The biggest beef is the insole. It used to have a rubber texture under the shaped insole to give a little cushion and support. Haha...not anymore! This is a flat man made "insole" you'd find at a deep discount cheap shoe store. It's flat and worthless. Cardboard would have been better. So the owner is busy making tons of YouTube ads comparing himself to famous people but not putting quality into his product or standing by his product. In terms of fit, this is narrow in the toebox and ridiculously huge, huge, huge in the heel. A finger can go on each side of your heel. There's no height in the toe box so if you have a hammer toe, it will rub. The boot is made of hemp...like a cotton. Who makes boots out of cotton? Xero does. The sherpa is around the ankle only. Xero has gone the way of money grabbing companies...cheapened the product and passing it off at a high price as though it's quality. Too bad the owner doesn't read this outlook on his ads.
