Loving these lightweight shoes for backpacking. I like to have shoes that are easier to get in & out of when I’m setting up camp & going in & out of my tent. I ordered a size bigger as recommended and they fit great. They are very wide! I buy Xero shoes not only because they are comfortable but they are safer for me since I trip with most shoes. The size ran small. I purchased the size 11, which is my normal size with Xero shoes, and the toe box was restricted. Sadly, I returned these slippers. On a happy note. These slippers are meant to be similar to the North Face ones which I have and love! These ones have great tread on the soles which is very important and what makes the NF ones so great. Living in a region where we get icy, you need good rubber tread! They fit true to size and come nicely packaged. The only reason I knocked it down by one star is because the soles are pretty thin, not a thick memory foam or anything. My concern is that they will hurt my feet after wearing for awhile, and will flatten. Time will tell, it’s not cold enough yet to wear them all the time. I needed something for travel when in a hotel or air bnb Easy to pack, easy to slip on. Comfortable (if you like bare feet/grounded shoes) and functional. I'm between sizes so I sized up because I planned to wear socks with them. They fit well and can be tighten to be more snug if desired. Sat outside around a campfire in 35 degree weather (with socks) and my feet stayed warm. Read more
