Perfect battery for my scooter. Before putting the battery in my scooter I placed the battery on my charger and my charger. indicated that it did need charged. This is the 4th battery I bought for my motorcycle. The oem lasted a long time. When it died, I thought I would save 2lbs and go with a lithium ion battery. Those are junk, they are expensive and died within 6 months. Next was an agm that died in a year. Was going to go back to oem but thought I would give a gel cell battery a try. I've had the battery for a few months and keep it on a trickle charger. I hadn't started my Motorcraft in awhile and drained the battery to about 60% trying to get it to start. Let it charge back up it stayed. I noticed that the gel cell battery doesn't have to start power of agm or lithium ion. It cranks slower. It's still enough to stay the bike. I bought the 130cca battery it fit under the seat, barely and is 50cca more than the oem battery is. I'm giving 4 stars due to the lower cranking speed but gel should last longer than agm. Read more
In December 2024 I bought this battery from Powers through Amazon. When the battery arrived I was out of the country for a month and a half. When I arrived I was able to install it. The battery did not work. I took it to a auto part to get it charged and they tried to charge it and they told me that the battery was rejecting the charge and that it was no good. In the month of February I filed a case through the Power sport company and to this day I have not had the results. I sent them photos and the purchase receipt number They sent me a case number. Apparently to process the guarantee. Since I haven't heard from them, I've called them and written to them several times, and to this day, I haven't had any communication with them. Read more
