Bought this air conditioner/heater for my garage. 24 x 26. It is well insulated but gets so hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I no longer have that problem. Works great, I’m very happy with its performance. The only negative I have is it takes a lot of humidity out of the air and you have to constantly empty the water bucket. I put a 2 gallon bucket for the hose to drain into and it works fine. To be expected. I love this unit, as it does everything I hoped it would and then some. I definitely would recommend this unit! Do not waste your money on this. It cools but will not shut off during the daytime hours & it’s cold in the small 12x8 room that I have it in. I have tried moving it to the middle of the room & even repositioned the exhaust hose in the window still runs constantly even when I turn it up to 80. I’m not sure how the heat works as it is not that time of year yet. I definitely wasted my money! Read more
