I have had this unit for 2 weeks and it no longer blows cold air. Unit was installed properly, drain line is clear, filters are clean, not iced up, on cool mode and waited allotted time before turning unit on. It worked great for the first week and a half and now only blow hot air. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Have been using it for about 6 hours so far so good. I love that it dose not require constant draining. The part that goes in the window the two parts that slide together were to l9ng could only use one. Then cut off part of a blue floating noodle to fit the open area. Just ordered the dual hose version of this for the upstairs. I bought a 100 year old house vauled at 120k for 50 k. Price low because no heating/cooling. The house very difficult to fit a modern day central air. Was 100 degrees today using this product with the older portable ( different brand) was able to cool the main floor. I purchased this portable air conditioner for an enclosed porch with casement windows. I could not use a window unit because it would not fit. The unit came with a window mount for the exhaust which can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The included window exhaust kit was too short for my windows so I ordered a longer one from Amazon. The unit has been in operation for several days now and is quiet and efficient. It can be controlled by an app on your phone or by a remote. It cools well and is keeping the room at a balanced temperature despite large sunny windows on 3 sides of the room. I would recommend this unit. Update: The portable air conditioner developed a problem with an error code related to drainage after 1 month of service. The manufacturer's service representative was very responsive and tried to fix the problem. When the problem reoccurred they shipped me an entirely new air conditioner to replace the malfunctioning unit. Great service and great warranty. I would highly recommend them. Read more

We haven't had the unit a year and now that it's getting hot out, it's acting up. It'll run for a while, then cuts off. We clean the filters, checked drain, checked condenser, power cord and everything else we could think of. When it worked, it worked great.
