The portable air conditioner is very quiet, you can watch TV next to it without any problem. It can cool down my apartment quickly, I have 600sf apartment. I say within 30 minutes, it cools down the room very comfortably. It’s easy to install, the accessories come with the air conditioner should be enough for different types of windows. I am not handy, but was able to install it within 30 minutes. It also has the digital display which is very convenient for monitoring the temperature. Another feature is very useful is you can use it as fan , dehumidifier or air conditioner. This will be definitely energy saving if you only need fan. The remote control/wifi is another great feature to control remotely before you get home, I usually turn it on 30 minutes before I get home, it works perfectly. This air conditioner was a life saver this last summer. Installed in roughly 30-45 minutes including unpacking. It came very well protected by its packaging. Definitely heavy, so you may need someone to help when bringing it inside after delivery. Once it’s open you can roll it around easily. Great cooling in our middle bedroom. Haven’t had a need for the heat function yet since we’re still having warm Fall weather at the point of this review. But we don’t foresee any issues based on our current satisfaction with the product. Read more
This product worked perfectly for almost 4 months, then after several hours of use, an error message shows up indicating the condensation tank is full. Upon draining, it returns to normal operation, again for several hours, and the tank is again full. When this happens, the unit shuts down and does not cool the room. I understand the tank needing to be emptied, but it is strange that it took months to occur the first time, and now it occurs every few hours. Clearly there is a significant defect in the product. Set up in seconds, cools the whole room down quickly and being able to control it with my phone is awesome. Bought the unit a month ago and it has made a substantial improvement in the room temperature in our bedroom as well it has improved our first month electric bill.
