This air conditioner was a life saver this last summer. Installed in roughly 30-45 minutes including unpacking. It came very well protected by its packaging. Definitely heavy, so you may need someone to help when bringing it inside after delivery. Once it’s open you can roll it around easily. Great cooling in our middle bedroom. Haven’t had a need for the heat function yet since we’re still having warm Fall weather at the point of this review. But we don’t foresee any issues based on our current satisfaction with the product. Read more

This product worked perfectly for almost 4 months, then after several hours of use, an error message shows up indicating the condensation tank is full. Upon draining, it returns to normal operation, again for several hours, and the tank is again full. When this happens, the unit shuts down and does not cool the room. I understand the tank needing to be emptied, but it is strange that it took months to occur the first time, and now it occurs every few hours. Clearly there is a significant defect in the product. Bought the unit a month ago and it has made a substantial improvement in the room temperature in our bedroom as well it has improved our first month electric bill.
