This is a great product. It's quieter than most air conditioners and really does the job!. I have it in my art studio on the third floor of my home where it gets very hot. With in minutes it has the room cooled down and very comfortable to work in. I will probably order another in the spring for a room on the second floor. I am more than pleased. It was more than easy to set up. It probably took five minutes to do so. I just roll it in the closet for the winter. Great price! Read more

Absolutely wonderful. We have an old home with no central AC and it was a HOT summer. We have a smaller window we wanted to put it in so my husband cut the piece that slides in the window easily with a hack saw to personalize it for our small width window. It gets so cold in our first floor now! I would say we have a bigger than average dinning room (where it gets hooked up) and a connected living room with a kitchen off to the side that are all cooled to a great temperature with this small appliance. I keep a bucket under the hose where it dispels the water, which is also awesome because it takes the moisture out of the air as well when it’s hot and humid. It’s not especially loud when it’s running and I often run it a while and turn it off because of how well it works. I’m extremely happy because getting a mini split put in would’ve been a lot more money and this was such a good value for how great the quality is and how well it works. We did get the higher strength one? I’m not sure what the measurement is but it was 12,000 btu and with the discount on Amazon about $270? Having this for years is going to be amazing with the summers getting worse as we get older. We haven’t used just the fan but it has multiple speeds and settings which are nice for spring for fall to circulate the air. I feel so fortunate to have found this. Read more

This portable air conditioner is an absolute lifesaver. I bought it during a heat wave when my house felt less like a home and more like a poorly ventilated dragon’s lair. Within minutes of turning it on, the room went from “why is the air spicy?” to cool, calm, and actually breathable. Setup was straightforward, the controls are easy to use, and it cools fast. Like, “did I accidentally move to a different climate zone?” fast. It’s also quieter than I expected — noticeable, but totally reasonable for the amount of cold air it’s pumping out. I sleep better, work better, and no longer fantasize about moving into the refrigerator. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This thing delivers, and then some. Highly recommend — 10/10 would defeat summer with again. Read more

It definitely keeps my room comfortably cool, not too cold, and it works wonders. Draining the unit it’s easy and takes a while to fill up. Noise level is low, sleep can happen while on. It’s the perfect size to fit in my bedroom and looks good in there!! Read more

Such a great portable air conditioner and super easy to install / move around the house. Our house doesn’t have any AC at all, summers are usually brutal, but with this air conditioner, it keeps our whole living room cool. It does the job 80 percent. The bedroom feels cooler but never gets super cool. It feels nice when you're close to it or leave on full blast for a long time. It helps after showering when dressing in muggy weather! But it is quite noisy and it periodically makes a sudden gurgitating sound like the bottom is falling out yet it keeps working. Tolerable sound on sleep level. I'm glad I had it during this past summer although this past summer was mild so didn't get the extreme weather testing where the house doesn't cool down overnite for a week. Overall, It has helped.
