Wasn't sure if this shoulder support would make any difference. But I had to try. My shoulder joint is severely deteriorated. Surgery soon. Lots of pain and difficulty sleeping. Simple setup. After a few adjustments it stays in place very well with all movement and over any of my clothes. Immediate support. Relief of a significant amount of pain. Im actually getting some sleep. Took it off to see if it was really doing anything. Yep. Wear it all the time. 12/21/25 Adding to my review. I've been wearing the brace for a few days now. To give myself and shoulder a break, I took it off. Within 10 minutes the pain was past a level "10" on the pain scale, back where it had been. Ice was applied until the muscle spasms diminished. Only when necessary will this support be removed again. For those of you who are struggling with shoulder issues, just order it, wear it, and thank the person who created this simple but effective gift. I know I am. Did the best I could with photos. Did nothing to support my right shoulder non effective. I got better results using an ace bandage and bicep copper band. When tried to swing a pickleball paddle my shoulder would move out and hurt. With the system above it stays in place while swing a paddle. My above is a little more work , however by far exceeded the shoulder strap. I consider it a hokey fix. It always rides up on the under supported arms pit. Awkward and uncomfortable. NO comment on size nor durability. Read more
