Product seems to be decent quality, but non-descript packaging makes it seem less so. Instructions were not great. It states power button must remain pressed for the machine to run as it's a safety feature. It actually doesn't. It's a simple on/off switch. I'm just as happy about not having to keep it pressed down because you want both hands free if you're grating hard veggies. The chute must be angled to attach to the motor then turned counter clockwise. The blade attached similarly inside the chute. Grating a block of colby jack using the course grater blade was quick and painless as long as you throw the cheese into the freezer for a few minutes before grating. Once it starts heating up is when gobs of cheese start sticking to the blade. Shredding carrots with the fine shredding blade also went very quickly. I cut the carrots into two inch sections to make it easier to feed them into the chute. Some thin slices of carrot got wedged between the blade and chute, but I didn't lose much. The machine never bogged down even on the largest carrot pieces. It does state you shouldn't run it for more than ten minutes straight so it doesn't overheat. The suction cups on the base really help stabilize it while in use. I also like the variety of blades. That and the power are what sold me on this model. I was using a small hand crank grater previous, so this is a welcome upgrade. Read more

My husband & I have been on keto since 2017, and have never needed a medical professional since we both lost over 100 pounds.. I grow my own veggies, make my own sauces, and the local farm provides grass feed beef, & dairy mostly heavy creams & cheeses. No processed foods here… I do a lot of backing to, breads, pastry’s pies all keto. I looked for a cheese shredder, and found this one that has stainless steel sharp shredding cones. Read reviews and the majority loved this shredder! I ordered it and received it quickly! I washed it out, and read over the instructions and put it together in a snap! I set my bowl under the shredding cone, and started shredding with the larger cup that goes in the shredder very easy and locks in place. They provide 5 shredding cone shaped cup sizes for your shredding needs. The largest one shredded my cheese too thick. I tried next size down. Perfect taco style shreds! (See Photos) This gadget has made my cooking life so much easier! I also added an electric chopper/Dicer glass & stainless steal, a mandolin slicer, and a stainless steel French fry press with great reviews. I’m all set and love how easy it is for me to prepare meals for us or guests! The Zolko 5-in One Professional Shredder is the best! Easy to use, change attachments, and clean in a snap.
