Small cuff - Unreliable readings; batteries don't work.

The battery feature does not work in the unit we received. It has to be plugged in. The BP reported is all over the place (my wife is a nurse). This might be due to the small cuff we ordered - as instructed by our MD. A wrist BP meter we have is also presumably inaccurate, but the fluctuations on that device are minimal, so we believe something is wrong with the upper arm unit we received. We're returning it.
