You're probably going to want one of these. Although most of the reviews were from Viners, they were all very consistent, so I decided to take a chance on this stand. Got it for my iPad Pro 12.9 4th gen. I've only had the thing for about 5 minutes, and it's basically the easiest 5-star review ever. As others wrote, the joints are remarkably stiff, and that's the cost of stability. At the moment, there is zero fear of gravity creep. The stand is very well made and has a premium feel. My only minor complaint would be the bracket that grips the device. It's not spring-loaded like my other stands, and therefore doesn't have the inherent constant grip from counter pressure. Update: The bracket has two adjustments. One is a general adjustment, and the second is a fine-tuning knob. Once you set the general, you don't need to touch it again. The micro-adjustment knob is all you will need. After a couple of days of using the stand, I'm really liking this system, and I've found that it achieves a more secure grip than the spring-type. Summary: super stable, lots of articulation possibilities, nice precision ratcheting clicks from the rotating base similar to the bezel of a nice dive watch. Well done. Lightweight, looks and feels great. Buy this with confidence. It's worth the price. I'll take some pics if I get a moment. Read more

Works great, solid build and stiff stays in place, and adjust to almost any angle at my desk. Also have used it on a coffee table for video calls so you can sit comfortably on the couch. Quality build. Read more

This stand feels like real gear: heavy aluminum, smooth joints, and zero wobble once you set the tension. I switch between the spring clamp for my tablet and the magnetic head for my phone without re-rigging the desk, and the long arm lets me pull the screen into a comfortable spot for notes, cooking, or second-screen use. It does take some desk edge space for the clamp and the grip isn’t as “squishy” as silicone-style holders, but the stability, adjustability, and premium build have made it a permanent part of my setup. Super helpful for me! In fact I wish I had purchased this awhile ago. I also love that I can attach a magnet to my iPad to then use on this arm. I have 2 solid options. And this arm is constructed very well. Only complaint would be I would like the grip for the iPad holder to be better, but that may be a user issue rather than a manufacturer issue. Read more

I don’t get excited about writing reviews but this thing is top notch ! The price tag scared me but I’ve had several before and they all break in a few months. The machining on this think is top tier! You will not be disappointed! Don’t waste your money buying one 1/3 of the price just for it to break and you buy another one over and over. Buy this once and be super satisfied! Read more

This is very well built and sturdy. It can mount to just about any sruface and it very flexible. The ability to position in any angle is what makes this work well. Read more

My favorite part of the tablet stand is the SOLID construction. The joints stop and *stay* where they are when you adjust the stand. The only issue I have is the lack of lateral movement in the joints below the ball & socket joint that holds the tablet mount to the swingarm, hence 4 stars. Working on clipping some video I took of the stand that I will be uploading in a bit. Read more
