I like every feature of this curling iron: the ceramic-coated barrel, the one-inch barrel diameter, the automatic shut-off after one hour, and the no-tangle swivel cord. It also allows you to select the right temperature up to 450 degrees and has a stand to prevent the barrel from touching the counter surface. The curling iron heats up quickly and gives lasting volume and curl to my fine, thin hair. The curling iron comes with a glove to protect hands. This is a great curling iron for the price. It is, however, long lasting. With daily use, I am not on my second one of these curling irons in 2 years. I would still rather pay these prices than pay $100 or more for an iron that would probably also break in a year or two with constant use.
