I got this unit because my game/office room was dead space when it came to our swap cooler keeping it cool. Nothing I did affected the the temp in that room and when sim racing with vr you would sweat like crazy. After a few weeks of using this cooler it has worked amazingly. A little loud when streaming but my mics take care of the background noise. It’s currently 100° outside and my game room is a cool 72°. It fits in a decent corner of the room next to a window to vent the hot air it creates. Was easy to set up. The remote is a nice feature as well. Over all a great unit for the price when compared to other that are $100+ more. Read more

Totally love this portable air conditioner. On my first floor I have close to 1300 ft.² and vaulted ceilings. When I read the reviews for this particular AC, I thought that it could only cool down 350 ft.². I have no separation in my first floor. Everything is open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, and it’s doing an amazing job in cooling down this entire floor! I think it also helps that it’s sitting on top of the island. There’s nothing obstructing the flow of air and I also bought the extra piece the accessory for my sliding glass door, I have a bucket For the drain and I have a piece of packaging from the box that I got the AC from actually holding up the EXHAUST hose , if you look, that’s what you’ll see with the barstool . I’M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. TRYING TO KEEP MY ELECTRICITY COST DOWN MY BIG AC TO COOL DOWN A 3000 Square-foot house can be quite expensive so I take this and just in the main room that I use is the only thing that I cool down saving big time on money love love love this thing and I highly recommend it Read more

Product worked for a while but stopped blowing air eventually. I registered on their website (which hasn't been updated since 2020) and it says "24 hours Online Customer Service" well there is nobody responding to me for assistance. Read more

My apartment has awning windows so I couldn't install a traditional window-unit AC. So I chose this portable. Had to have a piece of plywood cut to fit the window frame and through which to run the vac hose, as well as buy an extra elbow and hose extension due to how high my bedroom awning window is from the floor, but once that was all done, this thing became a summer savior. One feature I really like is the dehumidifier fan. I live in Chicago and our summers can be very humid. Thus, when I run the dehumidifier fan it cools things down as if the air conditioning is running. In fact, I have only run the air conditioner mode a handful of times the entire summer. The dehumidifier fan has been more than enough. My only criticims are minor. One, the sleep mode doesn't really work for me as it requires the unit to power up and down throughout the night. I am often a light sleeper and the stop/start stuff wakes me up. Maybe I could get used to it -- who knows -- but it's kind of a useless feature for me. Also, as powerful as the unit is for my master-size bedroom, I am not sure it could cool my whole apartment as the 450 ft. claim suggest. Still, it's been a good product thus far. Now it's just a matter of how long it lasts. Read more

Works great, pretty quiet, easy to use. My electric bill went up quiet a bit from my old window unit, but over all I think it was a better choice. Read more

Pros: cools well, comes with an install kit, same noise level as a window unit. Cons: needs it’s own plug or won’t operate properly, will trip breakers if multiple things running with it. Takes ups floor space. Read more

Very practical; I set it at my office, as my condo doesn't allow for window-mounted HVAC, and it gets a rush of cold air right away. It got me through this summer. Extremely heavy though, so it's a huge pain to get up/down the stairs. Read more
