Works perfectly! Blows very cold air and also hot air (in heating mode). It’s heavy, but rolls easily across carpet. My wife was able to roll it from living room to back bedroom. Lowered temp by 1 degree in 25 minutes in large room with 10 ft ceiling. Ideal for cooling or warming a room without doing whole house. Relatively quiet as indicated in description. We had unit near tv and didn’t have to increase volume at all. I calculated electric cost and it was slightly less than whole house cooling; about 15% less of my summer daily electric cost of $6. Unit is currently unavailable with good reason! You cannot use the continuous drain for the heater, they tell me that it wasn't designed that way. Some Einstein decided that when using the heater it would be reasonable for the consumer to empty it every 2-3 hours. It fills then stops working. Functionality is very poor. I have just received notification from the company that they are working with us to resolve the issue. I am very impressed and pleased with this company I have not had this kind of service in a very long time I will give them 5 stars for their service! Read more
