I love my Aroma rice cooker! It cooks rice perfectly every time — fluffy, evenly cooked, and in just minutes. I’ve also used it for cooking vegetables and it works wonderfully for steaming, keeping them tender and full of flavor. The cooker is easy to use with simple controls, and cleanup is a breeze thanks to the non-stick pot. The compact size fits nicely on my countertop, but it still holds enough rice for multiple servings. It’s been a consistent kitchen helper and makes meal prep so much easier. Read more

I like the simplicity of this. This is truly a no frills, one button operation rice maker/oat meal maker. I use this almost daily to make my one cup of oatmeal. My oatmeal comes out better than I ever could make it on the stove. It really is set and forget it. I like to make a hard boiled egg with my oatmeal in there. You will never want to make rice again on your stove. I also make boxed rice in here and it comes out great. It is non stick so it is easy to clean. I use the steamer that comes with for my veggies and potatoes. It is good for a couple or single person. Read more

I'm really impressed with this item! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was well-made and designed with the user in mind. Setup was straightforward and quick, which is always a huge plus. In terms of performance, it has consistently exceeded my expectations. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does it reliably and efficiently. I've been using it regularly for a while now, and it still feels as good as new. What I particularly appreciate is its ease of use. The features are intuitive, and I didn't need to consult a manual to figure things out. It truly makes my life easier. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase, and I genuinely feel it offers great value for the price. If you're looking for a dependable and high-quality item that delivers on its promises, you won't be disappointed with this one. Read more

I bought 3 of these; one for me and one for each vacation rental. It just seems like the perfect addition to the kitchen amenities I offer to provide a variety of cooking utensils and something that will make easy meals in one pot or economical. With the steamer basket you can add vegetables, fish and you got a whole meal. I had a rice maker a long time ago and I really miss what a no brainer it was to make rice. 1 cup dry rice, rinse the rice in strainer until water is clear will get rid of the sticky starch and then dump into the cooker, add 2 cups water as most instructions tell you but the rice cooker I had before said to add an additional 1/4 cup and it came out perfect. This brand seems to be one of "the brands" in rice cookers so we'll see if it lives up to its reputation. Certainly can't complain about the price, the size is perfect for a single or couple with one kid even and won't take up much cubboard space either, but it says it can make up to 6 cups cooked that's like to the very top and not sure if it will burn on the bottom by the time that all cooks, so I'd try it in stages to find the max sweet spot it can still produce good cooked rice. Brown rice would need par cooking or a lot more water not sure, I don't eat brown rice because of the toxins in it. update: I finally used my rice cooker and I like Jasmine rice, terrible it just kept cooking didn't shut off I had to pull the plug and it didn't burn the bottom, but the bottom rice was uneatable like a solid layer of rice stuck together. Very disappointed! Read more

I really want to love this. I used it for the first time last night, being very careful to rinse the rice several times and used the cup that was provided and with the correct amount of water for just one cup of rice. I put salmon in the steamer about halfway through the cycle and it didn’t bubble over. It never switched to warm and ended up with burnt rice at the bottom. Today I just tried making only rice and it bubbled over. It didn’t cut off after almost 25 minutes (per the directions, that cycle should to be 18 minutes.) The switch looks crooked so that may have something to do with it. I’m sending it back and want to try it one more time because it worked with the steamer on it and cooked everything perfectly (except that little bit of burnt rice at the bottom.) Not feeling optimistic. Read more
