Heat is warm, not too hot on highest setting. Time can be adjusted up to 15 minutes. I like the vibration at the end, not sure if it helps but I feel like it should. My eyes feel refreshed after use. This product is exactly what I needed. Was diagnosed with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome which has similar symptoms to Bells Palsy, so facial paralysis and unable to blink. This has caused an incredible amount of pain and sensitivity around my eye. Ordered the product and had a slight concern with it, manufacturer was very responsive and incredibly helpful and moved fast to resolve. Incredible customer service. As far as the product, simple design and excellent and intuitive features. The mask gets very warm but the ability to control the temperature is very helpful. I like this unit. I have severe dry eyes and this is refreshing. The heating system you can adjust to what you need. The last 2 minutes of vibration is great. The only thing is one has to wet the liner for dry eyes. That is a little inconvient but workable. Depends on how much one uses it how often it needs to be recharged. I use it twice a day and sometimes 3 times I think I charge it once in 10 days. Holding up rather well. I would buy this item again. Read more
The quality and fit of this mask is nice.This eye mask is convenient if you are traveling and do not have access to a microwave. I currently have a bean mask like this that you can heat up in the microwave. I actually prefer it since it feels like can get it hotter to feel more relieving for my dry eye. The vibration setting on this mask is nice however it is not a treatment that is going to help expel oil from the glands if you’re using it for dry eye. Read more
The mask does exactly what it says. I use it for headaches, wearing it on my forehead, and it works. I think the battery life exceeds my expectations, lasting over three hours of continuous use. It is very comfortable, adjustable and (barely there) lightweight. The massage/vibration is a nice touch at the end of the cycle and is whisper quiet. I’ve struggled with dry eye from blocked oil glands for decades, leading to painful chalazions and even changes in my vision. This mask has really helped with my dry eye. I love the light lavender smell it’s not overwhelming.Not washable at all. It comes with these little protection sheets which felt like I had a dryer sheet on the mask. Kinda itchy. I instead just used tissues. The ability to set the heat and time was great. I love that I can charge it and not have to sit next to an outlet. The only draw back is was I would fall asleep and then be awoken by this jarring loud noise and the mask shaking on my face. I would love the ability to turn off the shaking but you cannot. I have tried other masks and they don’t heat up as well but that shaking and noise is not relaxing. So honestly I’m on the fence with this purchase. Read more
