Once you figure out how to file your claim they literally responded in an instant. To file your claim you need to go back to the actual item you bought and file it directly on that page using the Amazon code number. Once I did this, they immediately sent me a gift card, to use in Amazon, for the full original purchase price. And, I was truly amazed at how fast the overall process was. Protection plan bought for massager. Massager worked fine for a long time. I suffer from sciatica and knew it would get good use so I purchased the warranty/ insurance for the device. Massager now stops constantly and does not function as it did when purchased. I submitted a request to the purchased insurance and they state it’s still under manufacturers warranty. Submitted warranty claim and they state it’s out of warranty. No idea what to do at this point other than lose money from both. Read more
After contacting Asurion about the claim they let us know to have UPS pick up the hairdryer that stopped working. And after a few days Asurion sent a message that they would cover the claim, and then the email came right after to add the funds to our Amazon gift card. Read more

Waterpik flosser, after less than a year, just stopped working. A battery issue I think, but I liked it very much. I went to Amazon, remembered that I'd bought Assurion protection, looked up the order and was able to file a claim right from a link on the receipt in my orders. No hunting for pieces of paper. Surprisingly easy and no nonsense. Within a few hours, I had a promise of a full refund and a UPS label to return the malfunctioning pik. Packed it up, took it to a UPS store and shipped it. Same day, by the time I got home, there was the refund. Immediately ordered a new one on Amazon and had it the next day. Waterpikless for about 48 hours. I'm impressed.
