Protection plan bought for massager. Massager worked fine for a long time. I suffer from sciatica and knew it would get good use so I purchased the warranty/ insurance for the device. Massager now stops constantly and does not function as it did when purchased. I submitted a request to the purchased insurance and they state it’s still under manufacturers warranty.
