Making a claim is difficult. They don't make it easy to use.
Scam! They don't honor what they say they cover. I've been trying to file a claim for a fishing rod for 4 days now and they won't accept the pics I sent them. I would have never spent money on this if I knew it would be so much trouble to make a claim! Buyer beware! Read more
