I was so happy with the out come from Asurion. I purchased a BB gun on July 29th to carry to protect my dog from aggressive coyotes. Believe me, we have been attacked so having the BB gun is a god sent. Anyway, we were away and when we got back my husband took the gun out of the box and loaded it and it would not fire. When Ai looked the 30 days to return it had expired two days earlier. I contacted ASURION and they refunded the amount so I can purchase another gun. Previously this company was run by kind individuals who would help you with the warranty that you paid for. Those now running it are like walking into the dmv.! Emergency circumstances and they answer with nasty effing attitude and then got upset when I gave the same exact energy back. I was dealing with a massive family emergency and already struggling at the disabled person, the mattress which was for a child that has cancer got a hole in it. Because it was covered by the warranty which is a two-year warranty and we have only had it a few months I thought that I would have it refunded so I could simply order another mattress, unfortunately they decided to very much intentionally flag my request to use my warranty that I paid for. Asurion refuse to tell me what the problem was, I was lucky enough to hear a whisper claiming that they were suspicious because it was too early to get the mattress refunded. Everyone I know who will soon be writing similar reviews about their bad experiences agrees that a warranty is bought to be used. I provided issues of where the mattress got a hole in it but it wasn't enough. I'm disgusted with Asurion and they are now sending me harassing emails no matter how much documentation I give them asking for more and more invasive documentation despite me giving them everything listed. I'm including a picture of the mattresses whole where we attempted to patch it. The family that this was for is very poor and it made a huge difference to their cancer patient son, it really really upsets me that they couldn't just do the right thing and put the money back in the account. I have used the warranty in the past about a year ago on a separate product but back then Asurion actually cared. They should have just honored the warranty I purchased with this relatively new product. And I promised them if they're watching this they should have never fought with me, they will never hear the end of this to that money is back in my account. Read more
