Taking out insurance is quick, but getting help with a complaint is not easy or impossible but if you make a complaint about a product bought from Amazon, mmm, that's when it gets difficult. I bought a Viofo dashcam with accessories, after about a year the battery died, you don't notice it, the dashcam turns on when you start the engine and you hear it, but when the engine is stopped the power from the cigarette lighter is switched off and because the battery is broken the last file is not saved and then the most important file is broken. I reported this to Asurion and got a processing number, got a return slip, packed the camera with a form and made it ready for collection, the camera was collected, and when I asked where my camera was, what was wrong with my camera, I was simply told that the complaint was rejected. I searched online, this battery error often happens with Viofo dashcams. Now I only have the accessories at home, because I shouldn't send them with it. I wrote to Asurion again and haven't received a response yet. I'm still waiting. Read more

I purchase a lot of stuff, but rarely write reviews. In this case, I really wanted to let others know how good Asurion and their customer service was. Receiving the guarantee was quite easy. Just return the product and they give you the full amount you bought the item for, less the insurance cost. As for their customer service, it was really incredible how fast and efficient it was. I had a problem and communicated via Amazon. It was almost instant on how fast their response came back! Not only that, they fully rectified and satisfied my issue.
