I bought the Asurian protection for my Fitbit. It has been an awful experience. The Fitbit quit working a couple of weeks prior to 1 year. Asurian directed me to the manufacturer. Fitbit repaired the watch. A couple of months later I noticed a crack in the screen even though I used screen protectors and do not recall any impacts to it. I was concerned it was no longer waterproof so I called Asurian. I sent it in. It came back with a repaired screen but no longer worked. It also had a note saying it was no longer waterproof. I was not told that to start with. I called Asurian and sent back again. It came back again. This time at least the restart button worked but it won’t hold a change at all and will not connect to blue tooth. I called Asurian again. This time the agent told me it was a lemon and I would be getting a refund. I waited a month and no refund. I called Asurian again and was told my refund had been denied. I told the agent I didn’t ask for a refund. I was told to watch my emails for directions to return the watch again. That was well over a month ago. I never received an email. Since then the watch has totally failed. I have a watch that won’t even turn on at this point, hundreds of dollars worth of bands and screen protectors for it and a worthless extended warranty. At this point I am totally over it. I will never buy electronics from Amazon again and I certainly won’t be using their protection plans. Read more
