I've had issues with Asurion in the past and I was extremely hesitant to buy the extended warranty, knowing it was through Asurion, because of the former issues. This purchase has given me hope about Asurion. The button to change the desired humidity on my dehumidifier wasn't working so I filed a warranty claim.
