This really is worth it!
AMAZING!! I was hesitant to buy the protection plan as I thought it might be a hassle returning the product if needed (I did save the box in case). But I am so happy that I did get it. Filing a claim was easy to do online and it was handled to my complete satisfaction in one day!! I do NOT regret this purchase. I know it sounds too good to be true (full refund/replacement) but it isn't. Well worth the price. Read more
Bad service
Buyer beware. Do not do business with Asurion. I returned a defective item and they directed me to send the claim number to direct the credit to my Amazon account I tried to as directed and they continued to say “invalid number”. Ended up being locked out for “using invalid code to many times “ Never again Read more
Its a no brainer
