I purchased a Paper Shredder from Amazon with a 3 year warranty from Asurion. The Shredder broke after 2 years. I filed an online claim with Asurion and it was IMMEDIATELY approved and I received a gift card for the full amount and a free Return Label within a week. I then purchased a new Shredder with a 3 year warranty from Asurion. Asurion's professional work ethics are EXCELLENT and EASY to use. They do EXACTLY what they promise! It is money well spent! I purchased an Aurora paper shredder in December of 2023 and the best thing I could have ever done was add the three year protection plan in January 2025 I began having problems with the shredder. I called Asurion and within minutes my problem was resolved, I returned the shredder free of charge with the label that they emailed me.
