Very good value, solid pan. Read more
So glad I decided on a stainless steel paella pan. The heat distribution was even. The cleanup was fast and easy. My first paella will not be my last! This pan is of high quality, weighty but manageable for a short old lady. I highly recommend this pan. You won’t be disappointed. Read more
I got this as a replacement for my hexclad pans, which I hate. I LOVE THIS PAN!!!! It makes flawless scrambled eggs, no sticking whatsoever. Made pancakes and right after made runny eggs... No sticking or ripping. Flips flawlessly. Im buying another one. I love this pan. Read more
This pan is effective and easy to use. Heats evenly for the thickness. Tri-ply is a big help, but not a miracle worker. We gave making a paella a try, which was fun with the right pan. Sautéed some veggies in the pan, then added rice. The recipe we were following said to cover the pan, but largest lid we have is 12”, so we improvised with a cookie sheet which worked well enough. Decent solution if you find yourself in the same predicament. Anyway, came out a little burnt on the bottom (our fault for inability to follow directions), but delicious. Good experience for our first attempt. Overall, a nice pan to have in a kitchen arsenal. A bit steep in price for not including a lid. Read more

Nice quality. Good, heavy pan! Read more
Pretty good stainless steel. I’ve been looking to replace all of my teflon pans. This pan has a pretty good thickness and heats up quickly and evenly. I don’t typically use this for paella, I figured it could double as a shallow frying pan, and it works great for that. I like to sear my steaks in the pan and throw the whole thing to finish in the oven. Not a big fan of personal branding on mundane things like pans but can’t complain. Read more
This stainless steel pan is large, sturdy, great quality and works great! We still have to use it for paella but our rice was cooked perfectly with this fantastic skillet. It has a nice large size and sloping slides, good size handles that do not get too hot, heats pretty evenly despite the pan large size and is heavy enough to know it is good quality and sturdy but still manageable and easy to wash. This wonderful and super versatile skillet as can be used for several occasions and not just for paella or rice and also came with clear instructions and tips to take care of this Babish Pan so just follow them. For reference, we used 2 cups of rice that, after generously coating the pan with oil, was lightly fried beautifully without browning or sticking (first photo) and then added 4 cups of broth that were just under the handles screws so plenty of space left and after 15 mins the rice was uniformly and perfectly cooked, nothing sticked even after adding the vegetables on top (second photo) and leaving them on the stove off for 15 more mins. Awesome! Read more
