You would think at the price point there'd be zero complaint. Unfortunately, I have several. For one, it's heavy. Looking for something to add to arm day? This will do it. The cord is also heavy & a pain in the butt to move. The biggest issue above all- it doesn't suck anywhere near as well as a $500 vacuum should!! I've only been using it a couple of months. It's quickly lost its initial suction force with each use. I've changed bags multiple times. I've taken it apart & cleaned it thoroughly. No improvement. VERY disappointed in this purchase. I'll be going back to my canister vac that's lightweight, been used for everything imaginable & still has great suction and costs under $100. Lesson learned. More expensive doesn't equal better product. Read more

Just as with another reviewer, this vacuum has a flaw in the electrical system. I have not gotten an hour of use out of it. It starts, then immediately shuts off, right out of the box. Bissell customer support is non-existent. Avoid at all costs. Read more

problems with it staying running. They had me send it back, it took three weeks for it to return. Now the function of telling me when its full or clogged is nonexistent. It is always clogging up. And now the hose where I attach the parts too is broken and I can no longer use the attachments. I don't want to deal with the customer service again and get the runaround. I could have just bought a regular vacuum from a Walmart and got better results, I fact next time I will. I was just sick of going through vacuums at work and made the mistake in thinking this commercial vacuum would do the job the name states. Read more

We have had nothing but problems with this product...will shut down in the middle of vacuuming and full bag sensor goes on every time you bump anything...and the bag is empty..we have to use a diff. Vacuum just to finish the job...very unhappy..this is the most expensive one we have bought....we go thru many vacuums ...they said this one would hold up for commercial use...it didnt hold up for a month....
