This vacuum cleaner is very light weight and quiet. The suction is really good and the attachments do very well. Very easy to store and cleaning the canister is easy. I’m amazed how well the filter catches a lot of the dust. This was one of the better vacuum cleaners that I have ever purchased and price was pretty good as well. Read more

This vacuum is perfect for me. It has a small footprint, which means easy to store in an apartment. It could be annoying for large spaces, because it would require many passes. However, it is self-driving. The power is excellent, while being impressively light. The versatility is amazing; comes with a book to show you how to use it in various ways. Quickly change functions. You can easily use to dust your whole home, happily. Genius design. Great value! Read more

I purchased this vacuum because of a positive review on Project Farm. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, but the brush roll / belt design is terrible. The brush roll is an assembly which has a housing that covers the connection to the belt, so you don’t have access to where the belt connects to the roller. If hairs or debris get into that side of the brush roll, you can’t remove the brush roll or assembly cover to clean it out. On top of that, to remove the lower cover to get the belt / roller assembly, it requires removing 12 screws. On other vacuums, it’s usually a coin slot you turn halfway then you can remove the roller to clean it. Because of how complicated it is to get to, I did not add a photo of the assembly to this review. But if you look at where the black roller goes into the white housing, if debris gets in there, you have no way to remove the roller from that housing to get it out. Behind that is the belt, which is not replaceable on its own, you have to purchase the whole assembly because you can’t open the assembly to get to it. (You can see mine is chewed up because I tried taking a pin and knife between the two trying to get all the hairs and debris out) The part is also on back order, with no ETA (probably because getting it jammed is a common problem). I have been waiting over a month for this part. While waiting, I went back to using my Dyson and discovered that, while much more bulky, it is also a lot stronger and picks up more dirt. I would love to recommend this vacuum for its small size and maneuverability, but instead have to recommend totally avoiding it because you can’t clean the brush roll on the side where it connects to the belt. Unless you are going to try and clean the roller on that side after every time you use it, this is an imminent problem. UPDATE: I received the replacement part that was on backorder. It was ordered a couple weeks prior to my original review. It is the entire base assembly of the vacuum. This shows how unserviceable the vacuum is. Read more

Aside from it being a ‘touch’ small, by way of how wide the base is, it’s a very satisfactory vac.and I WOULD recommend it to anyone as a quality item and worthy of a sufficient cleaning ability. It’s very light and easily maneuverable. I absolutely love the swivel head and ability to go right places and with versatility. Very easy detaches and into the hand-held tool; And lastly, it’s very easy to clean per usage. And that includes a deeper maintenance type cleaning; it’s very accessible. Read more

I thought about giving this vacuum 4 stars, because there are some things I would like different/better, but realistically, for what it is, it's great. POSITIVES: Hepa filtration, which is my number one requirement for an indoor vacuum. Good set of accessories, even though the brush tip is a little on the wimpy side. Less noisy than you would expect. Creative and thoughtful design --- where you could pull out the "hose" at different points for regular/hand reach, or extended reach. The ability to detach from the roller/wheel base to carry around like a canister vacuum. Finally, it has a 3 way switch, where you could turn on suction with or without activating the roller -- nice touch. NEGATIVES: small receptacle container and narrow brush. This is not a negative for me, since I have hard floors everywhere, and just use it on area rugs. And emptying the container is not a big deal. But just be aware that if you have a lot of carpet to vacuum, this might not be the vacuum for you, because of the narrow roller/head. Read more
