So happy with this purchase! I bought 2 King size at a great price! I scoured through hundreds of offerings looking for at least 80% down/20% feathers. Then I found this one at 50/50 ratio but at a price most only had 5-10% down and 90-95% poky feathers! The outer case is 600tc with quality fabric and stitching. Not one feather has even started to poke through. The company has quality USA standards. Packaging was very nice protective clear zippered bag. The pillow is stuffed very full and dense. But still pliable. Slept on it for two months now and has never gone limpy or flat. Thinking of buying more. Read more

I bought cheaper pillows from this manufacturer a couple of years ago with a higher feather to down ratio, and they held up great but lost some feathers and volume over time. I was interested in trying pillows with a higher down to feather ratio so recently upgraded to these and in my opinion they are perfect. I thought they might be a bit too hard at first, but after sleeping on them for a couple of weeks I have changed my mind. The firmness is just right to provide neck support but not firm enough to be uncomfortable (I've tried pillows in the past that were so hard they actually made my head hurt). I'm a side and back sleeper and I can manipulate the fill in these to work perfectly for both positions. I haven't added pillow protectors, but so far I haven't had any feathers poke out like I did with the other ones. I got 50/50 option because full down was a bit too $$. I was worried that it will not be as comfortable but I was wrong! Both my husband and I woke up with 0 neck pain. We been sleeping on non down/feather pillows for years and tried every pillow out there and woke up each morning with terrible neck pain until we got those pillows. They were a bit smelly so please let them air out for few hours. They also will need good pillow case as I can see feathers do poke out but nothing major just a slight. They offer good support and softness. I can barely tell that they are 50/50 and not full down, felt very comfortable! Get them, this is best deal out there for quality you are getting. **UPDATE** THE PILLOW LACKS ENOUGH FILL. The pillow does not have enough fill to be comfortable. It is a struggle every night to keep it puffed it goes completely flat where your head is due to not enough fill. I think many people get the pillow then discover the flaw after a month or two. And no amount of fluffing can fix what it is lacking, it needs more down and feathers. I wish I could return or have them add more down/featers. After trying the 15% down in the standard size, East Coast Bedding recommended the 50% down pillow for me since I thought the 15% down to be a bit too hard. I chose the king size and absolutely love the 50% down pillow. It's nice and soft, but still gives me enough neck support. My head sinks in the pillow conforming to my head while the sides puff up a bit which is exactly what I was looking for. Above all, I must say that their customer service is amazing! I was very excited to receive these pillows. The box it came in was damaged there was a cut on the actual bag holding the pillow inside. Second I can tell it’s not 50% goose down and 50% goose feather. The feather ratio is more I can feel the feathers and it became very uncomfortable. I got these to give a break to my stiff neck after 2 days of use I went to my old pillow. Won’t be recommending this; happy for the people that were happy with their use. Read more

I ordered the king size pillows Jun 8 2023. They started out great, but they didn't last long. I really loved the pillows because they helped me as a side sleeper with neck and back pain, but they don't stay fluffed for very long. After a few months I noticed they were becoming flatter so I put them in the dryer on air dry to fluff them back up once a week and they're flat within a day or two again. My neck and back pain is returning due to losing support from the pillows at night. I really wanted to love these more than I did for the price I paid. Read more
