I will have to admit to being pleasantly surprised by this Bio Bidet Slim Zero seat. At around $90 I wasn't expecting too much, but my 8 year old Luxe bidet had cracked badly, and if you've come to use a bidet, you don't want to be without one! I recently retired and $250 bidet seats were not in my budget, so this looked better than the $100 Kohler to me - less ... bulky. The seat at first looks ... well, kinda cheap. But as I started to install it, I saw just how well made it is. Of course most of the construction is plastic so it seems very light weight. The installation is a breeze - great instructions, components THAT FIT, and a logical design. The appearance of the opening looked very small to me, but that was compared to my original Delta toilet seat. When I did sit down, I was amazed at how comfortable and solid it felt! The front and rear positioned jets take a little adjusting of your posterior to get that great match, but after a while I felt like my old Luxe friend was back, but better - everything is one piece! The pressure is very adequate - I can't believe you can remove the restrictor to get MORE pressure!!! Space Launch!!! The removeable feature for cleaning is practical and appreciated - very easy. My only complaint is the position of the pressure handle. You get used to it just fine while seated, but when you're wiping down a toilet, it is very easy to jog the nozzle and spray water all over. I've learned to be careful while cleaning. One other mention of the handle; the middle position, or off, is not a very positive "click" type feeling, and sometimes it takes a little finagling to hit the center "off" position. Overall I am very satisfied with this Bio Bidet Slim Zero bidet seat. Keep the great products coming!! Read more

This is our first experience with a bidet so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It takes some getting used too, but seems to work well. I did a lot of research before purchasing because I didn’t want to spend a ton of money, but didn’t want a piece of crap either. I almost bought a version that wasn’t a toilet seat, it just goes under your existing seat until I saw lots of people mention that those type don’t work with certain toilet seats. That it raises the seat and leaves a big gap you need to use spacers to fill and then it looks stupid or angles weird. Since this one included the seat it fits nicely and no ugly gaps. It also has a brass fitting instead of the plastic many of them come with. As a first time bidet user I was a little concerned about the water temp since this is not heated at all, but it’s been totally fine. Overall very happy with the purchase. As someone with ulcerative colitis I should have gotten a bidet a long time ago. Read more

I ended up buying this, as the other bidet attachment I have for a toilet seat hit the cast iron tub water pipes. Initial installation was fairly easy, and instructions were easy to follow. However, one half of the bidet seat would keep getting pushed back. I had already tightened the bidet seat so the metal started to bend (which can slide so it will fit different sized toilets), but it would still slide. I had to tighten the bolts enough so that the metal hit the toilet, so it would stay put. I do not know if a stronger metal was used, so it wouldn't bend, would have been a better choice to keep it from sliding. You may or may not have this issue. I do/did have another issue. When I first installed this, it was to far back, so the bidet seat lid would always start closing again. After I moved the bidet seat forward, it usually does not occur unless I open the bidet seat lid very fast. So be aware of where you alight the bidet seat on your toilet. Overall, it is easy to clean, though cleaning the bidet spigots can be a bit fun. The lid seams a bit light, along with the seat, but it easily holds 300 lbs. of weight. Now the rest of the Bidet seems much better made, though bidet seat light (powered by 2x AA batteries) seems to drain the batteries quickly. However, that could have just been the batteries I used. However, when I was using that light, the three different brightness levels were nice. It also made going to the bathroom much easier without turning on the bathroom light! The actual bidet portion of this bidet toilet seat works great. However, I do have to move so it hits and cleans properly. This isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if it hit closer to the mark! I bought a new seat and got sent a used one. The packs the small bits and bobs came in were all opened. I don't know if this is on Amazon's side or on the seller's side. Either way, it's unacceptable. There's a review on here that mentions they were sold a used seat with poop on it. I laughed hard at how ridiculous that sounded. Now I know they probably weren't lying. Other than that, the seat also doesn't stay up. Don't think this is the product's fault as it seems most people are not having this issue. Probably depends on the toilet you have. A shame, really, because installing this seat was an amazing experience. Way easier than the traditional way. Read more

My husband and I installed the bidet in 1 hour and 45 minutes and no reason to go to the hardware store for additional products. This bidet went into our extra bathroom so we elected to go non-electric. Therefore the water is not heated but we live in AZ and our water is rarely really cold. Besides the cold water could be a shot of “hello, wake-up!” The bidet appears to clean very well and you definitely need some TP to dry yourself! The bidet is quiet and appears to be made with quality material. Happy with the reasonable priced tush washer! Read more
