This is a great phone mount that works great on window or dash -- also came with a vent mounting option so it was interesting to be able to figure out which configuration I liked best. For me, the dash was the best because you can extend the base and keep it low on the dash while keeping your phone visible, accessible and still not taking up a bunch of space visually while driving. I love the quick release and snap the grip feature...keeps it simple one-handed use and the phone grips are a type of compression silicone that gets a secure grab on my phone when you press your phone against the mechanism. It comes with a dashboard pad, but shows it's optional for heavy texture or leather...didn't need it for my car, but maybe needed for others. The suction cup has a sticky gel that when paired with the suction cup creates a great seal (and frankly seemed to get stronger over time, but I was still able to remove it without any residue and move it while finding the best spot). Also was suprised to find you could rotate the base even after you place it & activate the suction cup so made installation really simple. Overall a great mount and would recommend. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This phone holder has a really strong suction cup. Even when my car has been parked in direct sunlight, when I come back to my car, this phone holder is still stuck on my windshield. When it comes holding my phone, I'm able to keep my phone in this holder the whole time, without it ever falling out either. Installing this on my windshield was a lot easier than I thought and I do like that it came with the option of hanging this on my vents too. My phone is always secure in this holder and if I need to, I'm still able to answer phone calls and charge it without it falling off. Not to mention, I can still see the road while driving. Read more

I’ve been really happy with this phone holder. It was easy to set up, and the suction is incredibly strong—it hasn’t budged once, even on bumpy roads. I like that it gives you options to mount it on the dashboard or vent, and the adjustable arm makes it easy to get the perfect angle Read more

This mount worked great for the first two months, but then I noticed it started spinning around even when locked, defeating the purpose of a secure mount. I contacted customer service and was told I’d need to ship it back at my own cost in order to get an exchange. Honestly, at this point, I’d rather spend my money on a new mount from a different brand. It’s just not worth the hassle. Read more

Update- The manager contacted me and was really nice. He offered to send me several different types of bases, to make sure I didn't have a problem again. He also said he has reported a manufacturing defect to the makers, so they can have better quality control. The new base replacement and two others to try arrived quickly. This was really great customer service in the end, so I am upgrading the stars accordingly. After just a few days of use, and maybe one week in the car in moderate temps, the arm thing behind the attachment ball just snapped off while I was on a trip driving and needed to use map services to navigate. Bummer! I contacted customer service on the seller's website. The response was reasonably polite though not particularly helpful, and for some unknown reason I was told that I am the first person to report such a problem ever. This made me feel like they didn't believe me or something like that, but they probably didn't mean it that way. Because I am an Amazon Vine member, I saw this product listed as a newly minted item, and just missed being able to get it through this Vine reviewer program. But I liked how it looked, and their other products had great reviews, so I paid for it instead. After the first day of use, I liked it so much, in fact, that I bought a second one to give to my friend for his birthday today. I didn't know that there are similar ones out there that are cheaper, as I have never had a phone mount before. I just don't use a phone in the car that much. Because I saw it initially on Vine I suspected it was a new model and relatively untested. I asked the rep in a response email, isn't this a new model in your line? And the seller acknowledged yes it is. This makes me wonder what they mean that I am the first person to ever to have this problem. How many people have actually bought the new version? I had enclosed pictures for them as I have here. For information's sake, I use an iPhone 13-mini in a normal case. It's not something huge or heavy, and you can see I even had the extra support thingie in place to prevent vibration. The rep said there must've been some sort of manufacturer defect. Gee, no kidding. The other thing I noticed was that the tightener around the ball never seemed to get it tightened enough to avoid just flopping over sideways unless it was balanced just right. I figured that was just my user error for not knowing how to work them but now I wonder. I'm a gentle person overall and don't break things typically. I also am handy with repairs and fidgety stuff. So, I don't think I did anything wrong. Basically the customer service just told me if I have a future problem let them know and they would replace the next one. This is standard and nothing to write home about. This is in fact the Amazon baseline. Currently the status of my return is that I am supposed to bother to go out to send the broken one back. I think that's odd given that I made it a point to contact them directly. I'm not particularly impressed here. Hopefully the seller will read this and I will update if they contact me further. Addendum - the "Amazon's choice" one just came. As you can see from the photos, that one is about the same width gooseneck in one direction and notably thicker in the other direction than this product. Yet strangely, this one that just arrived bends easier even than the current one I am reviewing. Edit on 4/30 - Manager of the rep I had interacted with reached out with a very kind email. This is a step above most customer service. I have been asked to try several of their bases and they are genuinely trying to make it right. I added a star for this. Read more

The holder has proven to be very convenient in my daily usage. The adjustable ball joint allows for 360° rotation and the telescopic arm can be adjusted to accommodate any desired length. This means you can position your phone at the perfect angle for safe and relaxed driving. Overall, this is a convenient, sturdy and versatile phone holder at a good price. Full marks from me!
