I love these pans and am so glad all the former reviews panned (haha) out to be true. I’ve used these extensively now for over a year and can confirm they are a GREAT set that I expect will last many many years to come! A few pieces of advice to get the most out of this (or any) set of quality stainless steel pans: - They are dishwasher safe but I do not ever put them in the dishwasher. They clean so easily and fast that the potential harm far outweighs cleaning them by hand. If needed, soak for an hour or two with some hot water and soap. Try not to let them soak for extended periods of time. With that in mind I did in fact get lazy once and leave a pan to soak for a week because, depression and all - and they didn’t get harmed. So that is a huge deal! - I use a regular sponge to clean them. I do this to avoid scratching them. The soak should be all you need to get stuff stuck off them. - When I finish drying them to avoid water spots I use a towel to dry them off 95% of the way and let them air dry the final bit before putting them into my cabinet. - For spotting over time, barkeepers friend and or the pink stuff will take it right off. You can also make a homemade cleaner with some vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda - but the first 2 I mentioned are cheap and work so well I don’t bother. - if you struggle with these especially if you used non-stick in the past - be patient. Start with less heat than you’d use with a non-stick. Use more oil than you’d use in a non-stick. I personally prefer my nonstick for say, eggs. But a steak or fish or chicken or vegetables where I want some charring and browning? This is the way to go. (Or a cast iron if that’s more your thing.). - I bought a cheap steaming basket on Amazon that fits into the largest pot and it works great to steam veggies etc. the largest pot is big enough for me to make 20 large servings of cheese for Mac n cheese on Thanksgiving - It’s quite large. Overall for the price point, the variety of sizes and uses these pans provide and the overall longevity I’ll get from this purchase I fully recommend them. If I had one single thing to critique it’s that the lids do not fit all of the pans. The largest frying pan is larger than any of the lids which, is a shame. Sometimes I have things I need a lid for which is frustrating.. but other than that it’s damn near perfect! Read more

I was hesitant to purchase based on some reviews about staining or sticking, however, it seems to be user error for these issues. No offense intended to anyone here of course. The pans seem to be well made, thick without being too heavy, but definitely seem durable (only had them for a week, so time will tell). Additionally, they cook food fairly quickly with good heat distribution. I don’t have any complaints, but below is what I have learned about using and caring for these stainless steel pans: 1. Preheat the pan on the stove before adding oil or food. Once preheated, add oil and allow it to heat for maybe 10 seconds. This prevents any sticking you might encounter. Trust me, it works! 2. Staining did occur to my pans with the first use! I was shocked, but please know there are ways to fix this. First, vinegar and Bar Keepers Friend are now your allies. Vinegar worked well, but you need to let it sit in the pan for a few minutes. BKF worked instantly (follow directions on product) and made these pans look brand new! 3. You can put these in the dishwasher, but they may come out discolored (use methods above to fix this). We decided to hand wash our pots and pans and dry them after each use. Good luck! Read more

I have a set and bought another for a gift. My son was moving out after college, and he wanted a stainless-steel set. Bang for your buck this is a very nice set and worth the money. Use as you would any stainless steel and it will be nonstick. easy cleanup and very durable. I had my set for well over 5 years. The size of the pans and pots are perfect for your family cooking needs. Read more

I own a set of stainless steel pans from Williams Sonoma, and this set performs just as well. Made fried eggs this morning and no issues with sticking (make sure to get the pan HOT before adding butter or food to prevent sticking), but there are certainly far cheaper stainless steel options than this one. I can't comment on the quality of cheaper sets, but this is worth considering especially if on sale. Read more

I use this set every single day. I am so glad I got away from non-stick cookware because it is very toxic to your health. These are great quality. My cook time has been slashed in half because they heat up much faster. Very stylish and aesthetic. They are a little bit heavier because they are stainless steel but on the plus side you get a little workout. It is worth the investment Read more

Unfortunately, this cookware set did not meet my expectations at all. The food burns extremely fast, even on low heat, and it happens within minutes if you’re not constantly watching it. The bottom is not thick enough, and since it’s not non-stick, everything becomes much harder to cook properly. Cleaning is another big issue. Everything sticks badly, and even scrubbing doesn’t remove the residue easily. Instead of making cooking easier, it turns into a struggle every time. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better. I do not recommend this set for anyone looking for practical, durable, and easy-to-use cookware. Read more
