I love this Caphalon cookware. It’s nice looking. The 12 inch pan is deeper than a regular skillet. You can cook a big pan of chili or sauté chicken. Plenty of room. Doesn’t stick. It’s pretty heavy, so heat distribution is good. Easy to clean because, well, food doesn’t stick. Highly recommend. Note: Did not come with lids but I found a nice universal lid that fits sizes 10”, 11” and 12” pans. I only have to store one lid but can use it on several size pans. Check it out. Read more

Thought about ceramic, however, I’m hard on cookware and clumsy in the sink. Chose these to replace old Caphalon. Very nice, and work stove top to oven. Stackable and sturdy. Nonstick and even sear and cooking. Read more

The quality of these pans is excellent. Handle is long and comfortable to use. I am elderly, so I mostly use the smaller pan because it's lighter and easier handle. Cleans up like a dream. Highly recommend. Read more

These pans are awesome for cooking breakfast meals and more. They wipe clean so easy and quick it takes no time to do. I Highly recommend these!! Finally replaced older pans that lost their coating. Get these and you'll ask yourself why you didn't get them sooner, as I did. Read more

After a quick wash they were ready to go. Heavy enough to assure even heating and able to withstand the use of metal utensils. The primary handle design dissipates heat well while in use on a burner. The all metal handles allow for use on the stovetop and in the oven. Clean up is a snap with a drop of detergent, hot water and soft brush. Read more

Only used these skillets 3 times now but they appear to be well made. They are a bit heavy BUT are easy to clean. Box states that the skillets will hold up to metal utensils. Will let you know if true. Read more

The shape and size of these pans is ideal. I love the straight up rather than sloping sides. So far the nonstick finish is perfect, but I’ve only had them a couple months and am careful with them. Easy to clean and food slides off. Would buy again. Read more
