To note to start off, I got this because with the car phone holder I have now - you have to take off your phone case to use it which I don’t like, and this one looked like you wouldn’t have to do that . When I went to try this out - at first it didn’t work with my case on and I was a bit bummed, but then I realized that (I’m guessing this is not the intention) but if you pull the little rubber knobs out a teeny bit (the parts that hug the phone at the top, I circled in red in 1 of my pics what I’m referring to) you can then get it to hold your phone with the case on without hurting the integrity of it which is awesome. Otherwise if you use it without doing that (whether you just have a very slim phone/phone case or use it without a case on so you don’t need to adjust it like I noted) it works perfect & is super easy (I know some car phone holders take a lot of messing around with to figure out how to get the phone in & secured etc) but with this - it’s extremely simple to just slide your phone in between all the knobs and just push down a little for it to move in place around your phone (& no risk of pinching your fingers there!). The only part that took me a couple tries to get used to was how there’s a raised button you push down in the back above the clamp part that opens up the clamp, and you have to have a little bit of strength to do it; but I think it’s easy enough to get the hang of and of course it just means it clamps on very well with zero risk of it coming off while you’re driving. Its also quite compact & extremely lightweight which makes it great for packing/ carrying around as some of these can be quite heavy, yet it still seems pretty well made & I’d definitely trust it to hold and protect my phone while driving. I think it’s a great option for having a phone holder that’s super easy and quick to set up and insanely easy to transport (definitely the most lightest & compact phone holder I’ve ever seen). I really like the design of this phone holder. It’s clearly well thought out and intelligently designed, and it shows the moment you start using it. Putting the phone in is extremely easy, and taking it out is just as simple. You drop the phone in from the top, which compresses the spring action and securely grips the phone, and when you lift it back up from the top, the spring releases and the phone comes out effortlessly. No fiddling, no buttons, no frustration. The entire unit is made of plastic, which actually works in its favor because it’s very lightweight. I like that it keeps my phone out of my hands and out of my lap, especially when I’m using GPS with live traffic updates while driving. Mounting it to the air vent was quick and easy, and so far it feels quite secure. It doesn’t block the vent too much and also helps avoid phone overheating during longer navigation sessions when the AC is on. It fits my phone perfectly and seems compatible with a wide range of vent styles. The grip feels stable, even on uneven roads, and the adjustable rotation makes it easy to find a comfortable viewing angle. This advertises top of the line but I slightly disagree. It is made differently from other phone holder and it is unique. I look for quick release and a sturdy hold, I find that neither of these results came easily when I installed it. The installion is easy as like many I attached it to my vent. I have had better holders and also worse but I currently have this in my daughters car but she isn't fond of it so when I hitch a ride with her I use it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for finding a new phone mount for my car. Unfortunately this one didn’t work for me. My case was a little too big. I found the mechanism that holds the phone too flimsy to trust without my case. I think this would be better for a smaller phone (i have an iphone 13 pro) or one with a slimmer case. On the plus side, it is small and takes up very little space. The vent clasp seems reasonable strong. Read more

I'm really happy with this phone mount. I have a Moto 5g Stylus 2025, and in the case, it's about as wide and as thick as this mount can handle. But that said, my phone feels secure, and it's really easy to slide in and out. The vent clip holds tightly and doesn't feel flimsy, and I love that the swivel can be tightened so that it maintains the desired position. It's a massive upgrade from what I had before. Read more

This is not for someone who needs a full-time heavy duty iPhone mount for their car. This is more about temporary uses. It’s super easy to move around, and easy enough to put the phone into. I'm using this mount with a Google Pixel 10 XL smartphone in a case. This phone is pretty big and bulky, but still easily fits in the mount. Since the mount holds the phone from the points, it is very stable. The vent grip with the hook at the tip holds on to my car securely. The ball mount is all plastic so not the most durable, but my last all-plastic phone mount lasted for years, which is fine for this price. No complaints. 5 stars. Read more
