Because of the sleek design, the water reservoir is probably smaller with the amount of coffee we make. What really blew me away, though, was the customer service. I couldn't even add 6 ounces of milk without the coffee flavor disappearing. I also tried adjusting the grind size, but it didn't seem to change anything in brew quality or flavor.
