I am 5’3” and weigh 128 lbs. I am 75 years old and have had 3 major cervical neck surgeries. I am a back sleeper and side sleeper. I have tried multiple pillows over the years and ultimately been disappointed. This pillow has been a God Send. I feel my neck muscles relax as the pillow fits my neck perfectly. I can turn to either side and it gently supports my neck while allowing my shoulder to be cradled as well. This is a monumental game changer!! I am ordering a second pillow because I never want this product to disappear from Amazon. I sure wish I had found this pillow decades ago. I would have slept better and awakened with zero pain. It is definitely worth the money. I use a regular pillow case and it works just fine with this pillow, I awake pain free!! The pillow size is perfect for my body size. It has two heights and I use the lower height. The only thing I didn’t care for is the off gassing period. It took several days for that stink to go away. I would buy three more to I sure that I will always have this pillow under my neck and head, Also, the head cradle is perfect! Never hesitate to make this purchase. I give a resounding 20 star review!! It’s now February 2026 and here is an exciting update on this fabulous pillow I bought for myself. My husband has Parkinson’s and is bed bound on a lateral rotation hospital bed here at home . I have struggled for years finding a pillow that works. Well, I was watching him turn today in his bed and I thought “Gee, he sleeps on on his back and I had an epiphany. I took my pillow off my bed and placed it under his head. He said this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried!! He said he doesn’t have to guard his cervical neck like all the others!! I observed it says in place even when the bed rotates 30 degrees three ways!!’ He fell asleep this afternoon (which he rarely does) and woke up without a stiff neck or neck pain. I’ve been using this cervical pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my neck pain and sleep quality. Was using an Ontel Bamboo Miracle Pillow. It was almost perfect. Now it will be used as a body pillow to prop up my knee upon. I woke up with my fist propping up my chin AGAIN which stretches my neck skin. A very horrible look. So, I decided to try this weird shaped pillow. I'm so thrilled that I did. Too bad, I needed this twenty years ago. (I'm trying restricted fasting to fix my neck skin and low carb diet. If what I heard about fasting is correct just maybe I can fix this horrible occurrence.) The cover feels smooth and cool and has tiny patterns of perforations for ventilation. My Queen Pillow Covers fit over with room to spare. Very slight odor that's gone in one week. Holds my chin up without my extra help. No Neck pain but, I didn't have it before. I'm a side sleeper but, I fell asleep on my back as there was no pressure hurting my head as normally happens. I was sleep deprived now I'm not. Had three days to sleep in with this weird pillow and it was a worry free, supportive and restful experience. So very, very happy to have this new pillow. I definitely recommend this pillow to everyone. But also to all side sleepers a knee pillow and a chest or body pillow. It's so important for wellness to keep the spine in alignment as much as possible. My old one was very good and still a great couch back rest.
