I’m usually pretty cautious about leaving reviews after just one use, but I had to jump on here because I actually woke up without a neck cramp for the first time in months. I’ve been struggling with "tech neck" and constant stiffness, and I was honestly desperate for a solution. The shape looks a little funky at first, but the second I laid down, I could feel the tension in my shoulders start to let go. It cradles your head in a way that regular pillows just don't. I’m a total tosser and turner, but I actually stayed in one spot most of the night because I was so comfortable. I didn't notice any weird chemical smell when I opened it either, which was a huge plus since I wanted to use it right away. This pillow is very comfortable. I am a side sleeper, and have a tendency to turn from side to side during the night - which means a less than good sleep.
