The first time I had one of these was purchased for me through my job for my work laptop. I love how little space and compact it is once folded. Unfortunately, the round center mechanism that allows the device to fold and unfold wore out after about 2 years, but given how much I liked this stand, I purchased another one with my money this time. It doesn't cost a lot at all, so getting roughly 2 years use out of it wasn't bad. Read more

Use this contour stand at work when away from my desk. Was provided by the company. It came with instructions but the first thing I noticed the rotation stop tabs which keep the laptop on the stand flex and feel flimsy. The slide out legs sometimes slide back in when trying to adjust position on the table. The angular clicks on the hub are 10 degree apart. Need to take off Laptop when adjusting angle. My person laptop have an inexpensive aluminum stand which is much easier to understand and adjust and folds up flat. The contour is much bulkier and harder to transport and use. Not impressed.
