This mouse is the best ergonometric one I've ever used, and I've now been using these for years. No more pain in the back of my hand or thumb. Do be careful about eating/spilling food or crumbs around the mouse as it is not easy to clean those out of the crevice underneath the roller bar. I also appreciate and use the preprogrammed buttons and have not needed to customize differently for my needs. Read more

This is my second purchase. It is really well made and the first one lasted for almost 10 years. The wire just deteriorated with age. Pricey but worth it. Read more

Great quality, my second one. After about 8 years with the first one the scroll bar keeps sticking. Cleaned it but can't get it to work correctly. Definitely believe it is worth the money, just wish did not cost so much. Read more

I'm a click-heavy user, so I was looking for something to help reduce repetitive stress injuries from all of these clicks. The roller mouse is a nice alternative to having to grip something to move the mouse around, which builds up tension in my wrist and forearm. Unfortunately, it still encourages keeping my palm(s) down, which means my wrist is not in as neutral a position as it could be and is twisting the tendons in my forearms. I also didn't find it to be the greatest tool for precision work in blender or Maya, but it works well for more general programs (i.e. web browsing, document writing). A graphics tablet or trackpad will work just as well, so this doesn't quite address my ergonomic needs at this time. Read more

I bought this to help with my existing RSI (right hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, elbow) and really hoped it would work. I watched videos, adjusted my setup, and used it exactly as recommended. For the first couple of weeks it seemed fine, but the roller bar never lined up with where my arm naturally rests. I kept having to angle my wrist inward to use it, and no matter how I positioned the device, it didn’t feel neutral. After that, my wrist started burning again, my shoulder and elbow flared, and my middle, ring, and pinky fingers became stiff even when resting on the bar. Switching to my left hand for relief started irritating that side too. If you already have an RSI or do a lot of dragging between screens, this may not be the best option. It works for some people, but it definitely wasn’t the right fit for me. Read more
