About this item

  • ✅ CONTOUR ROLLERMOUSE RED - ERGONOMIC, CENTRALIZED DESIGN: Rollermouse Red sits directly beneath your keyboard to eliminate reaching for a mouse. This centralized position helps keep your hands within shoulder width, reducing strain on your neck, shoulders, forearms and wrists relief. ✅ Wireless ✅ Plus
  • ✅ NO GRIPPING, LESS FATIGUE: The patented Rollerbar enables relaxed cursor control with fingers. You can slide the Rollerbar left and right, roll it up and down to move the cursor, and tap for single and double clicks. This removes the need to reach for, grip, or move a traditional mouse by hand; significantly reducing tension in your neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists compared to both standard and vertical ergonomic mice.
  • ✅ RELIEF FOR RSI & CARPAL TUNNEL: Rollermouse is designed to reduce repetitive movements, offering a healthier, more comfortable alternative for users experiencing discomfort or users with carpal tunnel, tennis elbow or similar conditions.
  • ✅ CUSTOMIZABLE WORKFLOW & PRECISION: Rollermouse features 6 pre-programmed buttons for the most frequently used functions: Right Click, Left Click, Double Click, Copy, Paste, and setting the cursor speed level (DPI). These buttons can be reprogrammed to fit your work tasks, by using the Contour driver. The smooth scroll wheel is perfect for tasks that require precision such as data management.
  • ✅ COMFORTABLE, DURABLE SUPPORT: Rollermouse Red includes an easily disinfected, detachable wrist support that provides optimal support for users with average to small hand sizes, compact workstations or keyboard trays. Constructed from durable memory foam, the wrist support puts users in an optimal posture, preventing strain and fatigue during long hours of use.
  • ✅ DURABLE & MAC/PC COMPATIBLE: With a robust aluminum build, easy-to-clean surface, and plug-and-play set-up for both Mac and PC, RollerMouse Red's rechargeable battery lasts up to 3 months per charging.
  • ✅ SUSTAINABLE DESIGN WITH REPLACEABLE COMPONENTS: RollerMouse Red is built to last using durable materials, including post-consumer recycled plastic and recycled aluminum. Its replaceable components make it easy to repair, extend its lifespan, and reduce electronic waste.

Best ergonometric mouse

CarolOctober 3, 2025

This mouse is the best ergonometric one I've ever used, and I've now been using these for years. No more pain in the back of my hand or thumb. Do be careful about eating/spilling food or crumbs around the mouse as it is not easy to clean those out of the crevice underneath the roller bar. I also appreciate and use the preprogrammed buttons and have not needed to customize differently for my needs. Read more

Good office product.

This is my second purchase. It is really well made and the first one lasted for almost 10 years. The wire just deteriorated with age. Pricey but worth it. Read more

Great item for neck and shoulder issues.

JohnsonApril 7, 2025

Great quality, my second one. After about 8 years with the first one the scroll bar keeps sticking. Cleaned it but can't get it to work correctly. Definitely believe it is worth the money, just wish did not cost so much. Read more

Not bad, but not great for RSI

AAugust 7, 2025

I'm a click-heavy user, so I was looking for something to help reduce repetitive stress injuries from all of these clicks. The roller mouse is a nice alternative to having to grip something to move the mouse around, which builds up tension in my wrist and forearm. Unfortunately, it still encourages keeping my palm(s) down, which means my wrist is not in as neutral a position as it could be and is twisting the tendons in my forearms. I also didn't find it to be the greatest tool for precision work in blender or Maya, but it works well for more general programs (i.e. web browsing, document writing). A graphics tablet or trackpad will work just as well, so this doesn't quite address my ergonomic needs at this time. Read more

Not the Right Fit for My RSI - Made Pain Worse

Kristen KayserDecember 3, 2025

I bought this to help with my existing RSI (right hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, elbow) and really hoped it would work. I watched videos, adjusted my setup, and used it exactly as recommended. For the first couple of weeks it seemed fine, but the roller bar never lined up with where my arm naturally rests. I kept having to angle my wrist inward to use it, and no matter how I positioned the device, it didn’t feel neutral. After that, my wrist started burning again, my shoulder and elbow flared, and my middle, ring, and pinky fingers became stiff even when resting on the bar. Switching to my left hand for relief started irritating that side too. If you already have an RSI or do a lot of dragging between screens, this may not be the best option. It works for some people, but it definitely wasn’t the right fit for me. Read more

Too delicate for the price
