You can't go wrong with Cover Girl
I have used this product for decades and don't plan on changing to another ever. I would highly recommend this to everyone! The only fault I see is that they sometimes break which lowers the quantity of applications. Read more

I received 2 Pencils with no pencil in them

Not 'perfect point'!
I love the color, I love the durability, and I love that this eyeliner is pretty smudge proof, but where is the perfect point? It's always rounded when I twist it up; giving me a much thicker line than I prefer (which is a thin, crisp line right beneath my bottom lashes). This eyeliner needs a better sharpener built in so we actually get a perfect point! Read more
