Perfect size for smaller families and it works as it's supposed to, permitting the cook to put ingredients in in the morning and have a finished stew in the evening. Read more
I mean, one expects a slow cooker to be slow, but on low heat you're looking at 22-hour+ cooking times for a beef stew. Heat distribution is inexplicably uneven. And calling a unit with four heat levels "programmable" is ridiculous. Given these problems, the unit is overpriced. Read more
