I had my eye on this knife set for quite a while and I finally decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. I am so glad that I did because they are exactly what I was expecting. It is a beautiful set that looks great on the counter, and the build quality is clearly very high. The biggest change for me is that I actually enjoy cooking a little more now. These Cuisinart kitchen knives are dangerously good. I bought them to cut vegetables, and now they slice tomatoes so cleanly I feel personally attacked by my old knives. Onions don’t stand a chance, carrots are terrified, and I may or may not have started chopping things just for fun. They’re sharp, comfortable to hold, and make me feel like a professional chef / ninja… even though I still Google how long to boil pasta. Would absolutely buy again, just remember to respect them, because they definitely don’t play around. Read more
