Don't bother!
I have never purchased anything other than an HP and thought this time I would try something different as my battery went out on my last HP from 2019 rather fast and I could not find a replacement battery for it. I got this and was looking forward to the Dell brand name and hoping it was good quality. Boy was I disappointed. It was slow on start up, but that wasn't even the worst. The glitches never ended, I could not access anything online, everything was glitchy, I kept getting pages that would just grind and would never show up, and I did everything restarted the computer, cleared the cache, I even took the s mode off of the windows, which you are not supposed to do. NOTHING worked. Also when I did a shut down, it wouldn't start back up, I had to manually shut it down to get it to start back up, which is not good for the computer. I ended up returning this thing, I will NEVER buy a Dell again. Read more
