I always thought they were good quality and even though I had a choice for similar price , but better features with Asus and Acer and specially Lenovo that a lot of people seem to be happy with I went with Dell because I thought .... they have good customer care..Boy.....WAS I WROOOOONG... I came to find out later that they have been bought out by a foreign company ( I think in India) and to date, I have not been able to find a good customer service rep by contacting dell. Also, the initial problems with "Fingerprint sign in" has caused me to stop using it , which was a long painful process by itself, just to get it to stop!!!! by finding answers on Youtube, because even right anfter purchase, to have any help with ANNNY of that kind of problems, you have to buy "Software service" from ... You guessed it.. Dell !!!! at unreasonable high price, and be not even sure if that will help!!!!! because they don't give you a straight answer as to what the service covers!!! The only good thing is , I thought I will have little to no use for "Touchscreen" , but it is a fantastic Idea... buy a Lenovo with the same features... Read more
