I received this laptop in good-as-new condition and the shipping and packaging was also top quality. I haven't tested the battery life yet, but I don't anticipate using it for long without AC power available; so it's not an issue for me. The Windows 7 OS is working as expected. So far I'm very satisfied and feel the value for the price is well above average. Read more
Overall, quite pleased. Everything worked very well until last week when two of the four USB slots stopped working (looks as if they were loose and got pushed back enough so as not to be readable on a Flash drive) --- certainly NOT the Sellers doing, it's an older laptop. Spent $9.99 for a four slot external USB extension, and all is well (as long as one of the two working slots hold up on the laptop). Would recommend, in light of everything else they could control doing okay. Read more

Product received as described. Overall appearance is like new really. But after some weeks working on it display sometimes get black and do not return to normal operation, what requires a forced reboot. I decided to install more RAM memory. Now it has 8GB. I changed Windows to priorize performance, but even now sometimes (much less often of course) display insists to get black and stuck computer. Read more

This looked like a nice computer. The problem was it was locked by the fact that it needed an administrative password to play the game civilization 4. I contacted the seller and I was told I had to return the computer and they would send me a new one. Read more
At first my daughter was not happy because it showed up with drivers missing as well as other software. My daughter had to personally spend time installing each and every aspect needed for the computer to run. With that being said, she contacted the company and the company gave her a percentage back from what I paid for my daughter. They also apologized and were great at responding quickly. In the end, my daughter is actually very happy with this laptop. She is able to manage all her work tasks easily. The computer functions great! She will have to upgrade due to Microsoft: however, this isn't the computer company's fault. Read more
