We have had this refurbished product since mid September 2025. It had been working flawlessly up until this month (Nov. 2025) after which, we are starting to notice "gliches" and believe this item may fail. First symptom was when it "locked up" requiring a reboot. The other symptom was when trying to wake it up, it required a Control/Alt/Del to wake it up. Finally, it has started humming (not all of the time) to where it can be heard from across the room. This is not our first refurbished PC. I have one that I acquired about a year ago and it is working quite well. Read more

Arrived and set up without incident. Fortunately we have plenty of cables because it doesn’t come with them. It did come with a mouse and keyboard which I didn’t need, but will keep just in case I do in the future. This computer is compact, fast and has plenty of storage for everything I need. Very pleased so far. Read more

Great machine for the price! Came with Win11 Pro which is working fine on it. Only uses 10watts when idling. Never saw it above 25watts. The 1TB M2 SSD is extremely fast. Faster than my USB and SATA SSDs. I have two of these now for a couple months w/o any issues. Very clean inside and out. I've used refurb PCs for years now. And these have been great refurb PC's so far. Note that these are 250w power supplies so no more than 50w low profile graphics card is advised. By default, these can run two display port (or adapter) monitors. Came with new wireless keyboard and mouse. I use 1Gb ethernet so not tested WiFi. Read more

As described on line and no problems setting it up. No surprises! After shopping around for a month or so, feel like I got a great deal on this PC. Though it's not a high power gamer, it is a great home/office desktop and has all the features and functions I needed for this upgrade to WIN 11. Read more

After using for a few months, the computer is just plain sluggish. Have run iObit apps, and others to to make sure there are not hidden viruses or malware. Just very sluggish. Get repeated popups showing denied access, don't have permission to open file. Can't access Document Folder due to no permissions. Asked seller for pw so I can have administrator rights to change permissions to change the properties so I can get my Documents folder. Seller said they didn't use a PW and ignored any further requests for support. I copied the documents folder from my old computer and pasted it as <Documents1> folder. I lost all files that had been saved during the 3 weeks or so of this computer use. Seems there is no way to get the sluggish performance improved. Looking to get a replacement computer and just write this one off as a bad choice. This came with Win 11. Win 11 sucks. If you can stay with Win 10, highly recommend it. Read more

Refurbished or new is the question? I am happy with what showed up. No noticeable scratches or dings, everything works great even the DVD burner. It came with more & better components and software then I could've afforded new. It is only audible when the fans kick on, which is still way quieter than the old hard drives. The only thing I can complain about is it only had 2 displayport ports for video when I could've used a VGA or HDMI, but had to buy an adapter for the displayport. The description said it came with HDMI technology, it does not! Read more
