Love the image quality. Beautiful monitor. I think it's great. Touch works very well, but honestly, I don't use the touch as much as I thought I might (using Windows 10). Only downside for me is that the VESA mount on the back is recessed from the surface of the monitor, and my specific VESA mount needed a larger area for mounting. I fixed it by using some nylon spacers and longer screws. But, that's not the monitor's fault, and I haven't deducted any stars for that. But, any users looking to use the VESA mount should note that it is recessed, in case that matters to you. Beautiful monitor, though. Great to have some USB ports on the side, too. Read more

Very nice monitor. I have an Acer 23" which seemed to occupy the who table, this monitor leaves so much space for me on the table its hard to believe its 23". I have measured it a number of times and it is 23" diagonal. its a very efficient use of space. There is glare on this monitor, I remember seems a post that there was glare on the monitor, I got none. I am quite happy with the monitor. Read more

I love this monitor. The touch screen is fabulous. My computer is older and does not have an HDMI port. So my resolution is limited to 720. But even with that limitation, the picture is still beautiful. I also think it is a great value for the price. The best thing about it is the design. It is very stable which is especially important in a touch screen monitor. After using this monitor, I would never go back to a non-touch screen monitor. Read more

I truly love this monitor. My pet peeve and the reason for 4 stars is that it is not a very bright (sharp/colorful ) picture. I have not found a way to get around that issue as others have. The size is perfect. I love the touch screen but I must admit I forget about it and use the mouse way too often! The screen lays flat if you need it to. I am using 2 monitors... the second for my Bible apt and Word program and this one to surf the net all at the same time. I have never had even a flicker of trouble with this monitor...so far it has worked flawlessly. It does not take the newer cables ( the reason for the poor color) which I only notice when I use my smaller monitor that is HD. Side by side there is no comparison. Anyone reading this review and has knowledge h is to fix this problem would be greatly welcome. I have already tweaked it as sharp as it will go which helped only a little. I am not computer illiterate but this one has me baffeld. I also watch movies, Netflix and You Tube with it and it is "ok" at best as far a bright and sharp goes. Use your own discretion on buying this monitor...if it doesn't matter to you about the quality of color, etc. is, then you will be very happy with it. Its a keeper for me! An apparent design drawback is that the unit is front heavy. When the stand is configured so that the monitor is close to horizontal, the screen tips forward VERY easily. This happened to me while I was setting it up. The screen fell onto the keyboard and cracked. This sort of damage is not covered by the warranty and the unit is NOT repairable (no serviceable parts according to the tech rep). Fortunately, the screen still works, but the cracked area continually simulates the touch sensors so I had to disable it in the Windows device manager and use it with the crack and without the touch feature. So it works great, but easy to damage and there is no option to repair it, only replace it. Read more

The installation "sheet" which came with the monitor was worthless and frustrating. When I couldn't get it to work I searched on the internet for solutions which drove me to purchase $70 of cables, including a Displayport cable, which was completely unnecessary, and have been returned. Just before the nervous breakdown I finally had a Geek come to the house to install everything, which took five minutes because he'd done it dozens of times. Neither one of us can grasp why Dell's instructions are so incomplete. The monitor itself is just as advertised. The picture is clear and crisp and is a beautifully functional piece of equipment while being very appealing stylistically. I'm a very happy camper. Read more

First monitor that actually fills the entire screen. Crisp, clean picture. Great for graphics programs. The stand is wonderful. Adjust it to view while standing, sitting, tall chair, short chair, et. this stand is exceptional. As a bonus, my keyboard pushes up to and under the monitor front-bottom and works great as a backstop holding the keyboard in place. Read more
