These Dr.Foot 3/4 orthotic shoe soles are great support for flat feet! My youngest daughter has completely flat feet, so I am always looking for ways to help her foot pain. These Orthotic insoles provide rigid, yet comfortable, arch support. The way the Orthotic insoles redistribute pressure across the foot help to reduce strain, pressure, proper alignment, and maintain the shape of your foot. Their ergonomic design provides all day comfort. The fit seamlessly into all different types of shoes, while leaving room for your toes! These orthotic insoles are made from high-quality EVA material. This makes them breathable, sweat proof, and comfortable. The middle layer of the insoles has a sponge-like material, which provides comfort and softness. The bottom layer of the insole is water drop shaped, made of Poron material, that provides cushioning, reduces heel pressure, and enhances shock absorption. The insole has a deep u-shaped heel cup, which secures your fit. It also helps to prevent slippage. The insoles provide effective cushioning and shock absorption. The insoles are 3/4 length and made to provide optimal support for high arches, fallen arches, and heel pain. The rigidness of the arch support prevents the body's weight from compressing the foot's structure, which allows you arch muscles to recover and relax. These orthotic insoles retain their shape, so they can provide long-lasting support and correction. It did take my daughter a bit to "break them in", but soon she could not longer tell they were in her shoes. My daughter finds the sizing just right and perfect for all types of her shoes, whether it be athletic shoes, boots, or Doc Martins. I believe they have been a great value for my money, because they help my daughter walk long distances without pain. I highly recommend them! Read more

These provide great arch support. You get noticeable pain relief. They fit well in most shoes. They are good for someone who is on their feet all day. They are definitely worth the money. Read more

I bought these to go in between several different shoes I wear. I like that it is 3/4 verses the full length. I only needed the arch support. So far they have helped with my pain. Wearing them constantly is key because they do help to align your ankles too. They are great for arch support. Being plus size and heavier these are durable. They make it easy to switch in between shoes and makes walking so much better. Read more

I used to wear Naots because they had incredibly high, firm but very soft insoles. Lately I don't like them as well, because they are narrower in the toe box and the arch supports are much lower, so I needed to find something else. I just opened these today and only wore them to go grocery shopping. So I may need to update my review after wearing them all day, but when you have a job working on your feet all day you kind of can just tell if shoes are going to feel great or not. These seem terrific. My feet made that sighing noise of content when I put the on and I haven't felt that in a while. Good if you like high arch support. They also seem to have a nice supportively deep heep cup, so your feet just kind of sink in pleasantly, and they seem (so far) like a great blend of sculptured but cushy, which is really hard to find. These Dr. Foot insoles are amazing! I’ve been using them for a few weeks, and they’ve completely changed how my feet feel during the day. The functionality is impressive they provide firm arch support, relieve heel pressure, and help align my feet properly to reduce pain from over-pronation. They’re comfortable, stay in place, and the 3/4 length design fits perfectly in all my shoes without crowding my toes. The material feels durable and breathable too. If you need something that actually works and improves both comfort and foot function, these are totally worth it! Read more

These orthotics provide decent initial support, but the 3/4 length is definitely not a full shoe insert and only offers support under the heel and mid-foot. Once in place, the insole tends to slip, and it also makes the shoe feel awkwardly tighter. For those seeking more comprehensive arch support for flat feet or plantar fasciitis, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a product that addresses arch support more fully and offers better stability in the shoe. 3/4 inserts are the only way to go for me. Full length inserts mash my toes up against the tops of every shoe. That said, these are quite thick such that certain shoes with lower heal/backs will slip at the heal because the back of my foot is so elevated from these thick arch supports. They are nicely cushioned as well. Read more
