This lunchbox is a game changer! I bought one for myself and one for my husband. We both love them! Materials are nice quality and durable, perfect size for complete meals or chili/soups. The tight seal makes transporting foods easy. Only 20-30 minutes for the temperature to be perfect! No more using microwaves which can change textures and flavors. If I could do negative stars I would. Lunch spoiled three times. Watched a video and saw they poured water into the thing thinking that it needed water to heat evenly. It actually seems to work better after I flooded it watching the video. This thing heats food worse than a microwaved hot pocket. The top inch is still cold as when I packed it and the bottom is piping hot. So the middle spoils and I get sick. This product really helps if you’re tryna loose weight. The food poisoning will make sure of that. Lost wages? Check. Raw booty hole? Check. Feeling like you did 200 sit-ups in 10 minutes? Check. Actually bigger then I thought and holds quite a bit of food. It would be nice if there was an optional or additional metal insert that was divided or a way to have multiple hot foods separated in the same container. works perfectly and I like the dual power options though i haven't used the 12v yet. highly recommend this item.
