I was really surprised by all the parts of this replacement shell! Every piece for perfectly and the process was pretty easy for my first attempt. The videos on YouTube are great tutorials. I didn't bother replacing the plastic on the touchpad. It's a lot of purple but still looks good. The pieces fit so well that I was unable to take apart. My only complaints are that the battery rattles now since there is no back pad like on the original shell to hold it in place and the buttons don't have any markings (probably due to copyright). I wanted to put the stock black buttons on, but I was unable to take the shell apart without the fear of breaking it. No matter what I did the back shell would not separate. This will be very slick if your hands sweat a lot compared to the standard controller. Read more
Looks amazing when paired with the their rgb mod. Easy to install. You will need some heat to remove the touch surface. Will be buying again. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE RIGHT MODEL FOR YOUR CONTROLLER!!! I misidentified my controller and it didn't fit but luckily i had a spare controller of the correct model and it all worked out. Read more
